A Perfect Stay with an Amazing Host!
What truly makes a great Airbnb is the host, and Nadia is a Superhost for a reason. From start to finish, her communication was excellent-always quick to respond, ready to answer any questions, and proactive in resolving any issues.
Her accommodation has everything you need to be self-sufficient, with thoughtful amenities like a coffee pod machine, iron, washer, and dryer, which made the stay even more convenient. There were only a few minor things missing, like a bottle opener (which we left for the next guests), but overall, the apartment was very well-equipped.
The bed was super comfortable, the shower was warm with great pressure, and the balcony was a perfect spot to relax. The location is ideal-central, close to downtown (Burj Khalifa), and perfectly situated between JBR and Old Dubai. The building itself was quiet and peaceful, with shops, cafés, and restaurants right downstairs, plus larger supermarkets nearby for anything else you need.
Nadia was such an accommodating host and her place was amazing! She was always just a message or call away and the apartment was easy to get into. The front desk was really welcoming and Nadia made sure to stay in communication until I checked in. She didn't even have to because the check in instructions were easy, but I appreciated the hospitality. Overall the apartment was super nice and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional stay. The property was in excellent condition, very clean, well organized and maintained. The kitchen and common areas(gym, pool) were tidy and the furnishings and bedding were spotless and high quality. The location is newly built, and the Azizi Riviera community is fantastic. You have everything you need within reach, and it's conveniently close to Dubai Business Bay. From there, the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall offer endless activities, shopping, and dining options.
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return to this location for our next trip to Dubai!
